Please note that digital certifications and online course access are non-refundable once the final exam has been attempted or the certificate has been issued.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing.
Receive Your Refund
